Birgir Hans Birgisson has seven years of experience in the Spanish real estate market and well understands the needs of those deciding to buy a property from abroad.
We work in Orihuela Costa and inland Alicante province, as well as other areas across the Costa Blanca and Costa Cálida. From Torrevieja, Pilar de la Horadada, and San Miguel de Salinas to other towns located between Águilas and Benidorm.

Questions often arise regarding paperwork, documentation, healthcare, residency, or daily life after receiving the keys.
That is why at Hansson we want to become your trusted contact in Spain. We can help you with administrative tasks such as obtaining your NIE, residency applications, healthcare access, or setting up a Spanish will.
We also offer keyholding services, rental management, and translation assistance.
Our job does not end at the signing. We remain at your disposal once you are living here, when you visit your property, or whenever you need to resolve any question related to your new life in Spain.
